Handling Returns 
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it and we will refund you with a credit to the original credit card (excluding the cost of the return freight to Bradburn, if any). Simply follow the instructions below:

a. Returns cannot be accepted beyond 30 days from the original shipping date.

b. If a RETURN is due to a defect or damage, such defect or damage must have been reported to our CUSTOMER CARE TEAM within 5 days of your receipt of the product. Call 1-800-814-5267. If a defect or damage is not reported within that time frame, no return will be accepted or credited.

c. Unless there is a defect or damage from shipping, all return items must arrive back at Bradburn in a resalable condition. All returned items must be packed in the original cartons, with the original packing materials. Products not returned in the original cartons, with the original packing materials, will not be accepted for return.

d. Contact the Bradburn Customer Care Team at 1-800-814-5267 between 9 am and 5 pm, Monday thru Friday EST for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER prior to returning the product. Products will not be accepted without a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.

e. Write your RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER on the packing slip and include the packing slip with the return in order to ensure credit.

f. Returns must be shipped PREPAID and INSURED to Bradburn unless it is a return associated with a defect or freight damage. In the case of a defect, or freight damage, Bradburn will pay for the cost of return shipping. Contact the Customer Care Team for instructions.

h. CLEARANCE ITEMS are SOLD AS IS and ARE NOT ELIGIBLE for RETURN.

Damaged or Defective Product 
Any damaged or defective product must be reported to our Customer Care Team within five days of your receipt of the product. Call 1-800-814-5267 or e-mail us at [email protected] Our Customer Care Team will assist you in arranging for a return of the product and replacement in accordance with our return policy. Be assured we will do everything possible to resolve a problem quickly and to your satisfaction.

Order Cancellation or Changes 
If you would like to cancel an item that has not been shipped please e-mail our Customer Care Team at (Cancel[email protected]) or call us at 1-800-814-5267. We will process the cancellation and e-mail you an acknowledgment of cancellation and we will issue a full credit to the original credit card associated with the order.
